Outdoor Poultry Biosecurity Survey

Are you an outdoor poultry producer or work for an outdoor poultry producer in the UK?
If yes, we invite you to participate in this brief survey developed to help us understand the knowledge gaps in biosecurity for outdoor poultry producers in the UK. This survey has been designed to capture the opinions of poultry producers such as yourself. It is hoped the output will inform future strategies that support poultry producers and protect flocks from disease challenges such as Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza and Salmonella.
This survey is part of a set of activities for the European Partnership on Animal Health and Welfare (EUP AH&W) project, SOA15.
Prior to starting the survey (which should take 20 minutes to complete) you will be guided to a participant information sheet which will provide further information about benefits of participating in the survey. You will also be requested to indicate consent by ticking the boxes provided. If you have any queries regarding this survey, please contact the University of Surrey research team: Abel or Kezia.
Please note: If you do not wish to participate in this survey following reading the participant information and consent form, please use the no option in the consent form to leave the survey. If you decide during the survey that you no longer wish to participate, just exit the survey window and your data will not be collected.
